【Product overview】:
Particle filtration efficiency tester,suitable to test the filter material efficiency of 45-99.9% grade,test the filter according to international standard.The test bench is designed to be compact, lightweight, and during the test run, only suitable power and compressed air (no water, no oil) are needed. 【Test philosophy】:
The test sample is fixed on the fixture, and the test air volume corresponds to the required filtration speed.The aerosol produced by the aerosol generator is adjusted, then electrostatic neutralization (PSL), and then mixed with the filtered test air evenly, and then entered the test area through the filter material.In addition, it is necessary to measure the resistance of the filter material during the test and manually adjust the control flow.The product conforms to jjf1190-2008

1. Aerosol generator
It is mainly used for the test of high concentration aerosol,PSL standard particles of 0.3um are used, and the particle size range of the main particles emitted is ≥0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, which can continuously and stably produce aerosols. Upstream of the filter material, the test particles are provided.
2. Particle counter
It is mainly used to monitor the concentration of upstream and downstream particles of the measured filter material and obtain the efficiency of the measured filter material.
3.Differential pressure transducer
It is mainly used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the measured filter material under a certain test flow rate.
4.Stainless Steel Clamps
Mainly used for the pressure and sealing of the measured filter material.
5.Air pump
Mainly used for the test flow through the filter material, stable flow, green energy saving, small vibration noise.
6.Electrical control and software
Circuit control and operation of equipment, calculation and data processing of software, stability judgment of upstream concentration, operation control, parameter setting.
A. Filtration efficiency test and airflow resistance:
1. The whole test equipment adopts negative pressure system.
2. Air and aerosols enter through the test chamber and flow through the mask according to the standard
3. Two particle counters are used to detect the concentration of upstream and downstream and calculate the filtration efficiency. The pressure difference between upper and lower parts of the mask was detected by the pressure difference meter.
4. The rated flow rate is achieved by pumping.
5. Produce standard aerosol materials by aerosol generator.
6. Through the PLC and the display screen to carry out the operation of the equipment and the efficiency of the calculation of resistance.
