Machine Introduction
The glass bottle filling and sealing machine has the advantages of labor saving, easy operation, simple adjustment, smooth operation, and high degree of automation, which greatly improves production efficiency. It is the ideal preferred equipment for liquid filling production customers.
This machine adopts touch screen control, variable frequency speed regulation, and PLC control.
Mainly used for filling, capping, and sealing sauces and paste materials.
Bottle feeding is fast and stable, quantitative cylinder filling is controlled by the same server motor, and the measurement can be adjusted in the touch screen. Special materials such as vacuum sealing are selected for filling requirements.
This equipment runs smoothly and adopts a suction device for filling, ensuring no oil or water leakage; Planetary rotary cover, with a clutch device on the cover head, rotates freely after tightening to ensure that the cover shape is undamaged; Easy to adjust functions such as no bottle or lid, stable performance, and equipped with a tempered glass structure dust cover.
